2. Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Boca Simon Vacation Curacao.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee the reservation. A reservation is considered fully confirmed only after the required prepayment has been received and Boca Simon Vacation Curacao has confirmed the booking.

Guests are responsible for checking that all reservation details are correct, including arrival date, departure date, room type, number of guests, and contact details.

3. Reservation Guarantee & Payment

To finalize and guarantee your reservation, a 50% prepayment of the total reservation amount is required.

After receiving your booking request, a member of the Boca Simon Vacation Curacao team will contact you with a secure payment link for the prepayment.

Once the 50% prepayment has been received, your reservation will be fully confirmed.

The remaining 50% balance is payable at check-in.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao reserves the right to release or cancel an unconfirmed reservation if the required prepayment is not received within the requested payment period.

4. Cancellation Policy

If a guest cancels a confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount applies.

Because a 50% prepayment is required to guarantee the reservation, this prepayment may be retained by Boca Simon Vacation Curacao as the cancellation fee.

Guests who wish to cancel or modify their reservation must contact Boca Simon Vacation Curacao as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email.

Cancellation requests are only considered received once confirmed in writing by Boca Simon Vacation Curacao.

5. No-show & Early Departure

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not inform Boca Simon Vacation Curacao in advance, the reservation may be treated as a no-show.

In case of no-show, the cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation amount applies.

In case of early departure, unused nights are not automatically refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Boca Simon Vacation Curacao.

6. Changes to Reservations

Requests to change dates, room type, number of guests, or length of stay are subject to availability and possible price changes.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao is not required to accept changes after a reservation has been confirmed.

Any approved change must be confirmed in writing by Boca Simon Vacation Curacao.

7. Rates, Taxes & Fees

All prices are based on accommodation per night, unless stated otherwise.

Rates may vary depending on room type, season, length of stay, availability, occupancy, and booking channel.

Any applicable taxes, government charges, service fees, or other mandatory fees may be charged in accordance with Curaçao law and local regulations.

Extra services, upgrades, early or late check-in, transportation, tours, or other add-ons are not included in the room rate unless explicitly stated in the booking confirmation.

8. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 15:00

Check-out: Until 11:00

Reception is open daily from 08:00 to 22:00.

Rooms are cleaned and prepared between 10:00 and 15:00.

Early access to the room depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Guests are welcome to arrive earlier and use the lobby and available facilities while waiting for their room.

9. Early Check-in & Late Check-in

Early or late check-in may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

The charge for early or late check-in is USD 10 per hour.

Requests for early or late check-in should be made in advance. Boca Simon Vacation Curacao cannot guarantee early or late check-in unless confirmed by the team.

10. Room Types & Room Information

Room descriptions, photos, bed types, amenities, and layout information are provided as accurately as possible. However, room layout, furniture, decoration, and bed configuration may vary.

The Standard Double Room is compact and features either twin beds or a queen bed. It is ideal for one guest but can also accommodate two guests on a smaller budget.

For additional comfort and space, guests may choose the larger Deluxe Double Room with a king or queen bed, available for only USD 10 more per night, subject to availability.

All rooms include:

• Air conditioning
• Private bathroom
• Refrigerator

11. Facilities

Guests may use the facilities made available by Boca Simon Vacation Curacao, including:

• Two swimming pools
• Cozy lobby area
• Two spacious terraces
• Free parking
• Shared kitchen
• High-speed internet, subject to a 600GB data limit

Facilities are used at the guest’s own responsibility.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao may temporarily close or restrict access to certain facilities for cleaning, maintenance, safety, repairs, private use, or operational reasons.

12. Internet Use

High-speed internet is available for guest use, subject to a 600GB data limit.

Guests may not use the internet connection for illegal activity, abusive behavior, excessive data usage, hacking, copyright infringement, or any activity that may affect the property, other guests, or the network.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao may restrict, limit, or suspend internet access in case of misuse.

13. Cleaning & Housekeeping

Rooms are cleaned between 10:00 and 15:00.

Guests should allow reasonable access for cleaning, inspection, maintenance, or repairs when needed.

Additional cleaning may be charged if a room is left in an unusually dirty condition or requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use.

14. Shared Kitchen

Guests using the shared kitchen must clean up after themselves, respect other guests’ belongings, and use the kitchen responsibly.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao is not responsible for food, drinks, personal belongings, or items left in the shared kitchen.

15. Parking

Free parking is available for guests, subject to availability.

Vehicles and personal belongings are parked at the guest’s own risk.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao is not responsible for theft, damage, loss, or incidents involving vehicles or belongings left in vehicles.

16. Tours, Activities & Local Services

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao offers discounted tours compared to many tour companies. Guests can ask reception for more information.

Tours, activities, transportation services, taxis, public buses, and other third-party services may be operated by independent providers.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao is not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, delays, cancellations, accidents, service quality, or changes.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the terms, prices, safety rules, and cancellation policies of any third-party service before booking.

17. Car Rentals

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao does not assist with car rentals.

Guests who wish to rent a car should search for and contact trusted local car rental providers directly.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao is not responsible for car rental bookings, prices, availability, insurance, disputes, damages, traffic fines, or any other matter related to car rental services.

18. Airport Transportation

Guests may arrange airport transportation independently.

Public bus service may be available for approximately USD 2 per person via ABC Busbedrijf Curaçao:

Taxis from the airport typically cost between USD 40 and USD 45, but prices may vary and should be confirmed directly with the provider.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao offers a private shuttle service only from Boca Simon to the airport, subject to availability and prior arrangement.

19. Supermarket & Local Area

Boulevard Supermarket is located approximately a 3-minute walk from Boca Simon Vacation Curacao.

Information about nearby shops, services, transport, tours, or local attractions is provided for convenience only and may change without notice.

20. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must treat the room, property, facilities, furniture, equipment, and shared spaces with care and respect.

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, missing items, or misuse caused by themselves or by anyone included in their reservation.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao reserves the right to charge guests for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or any costs resulting from violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Guests must respect other guests, staff, neighbors, and the property’s quiet and safe environment.

21. Guest Identification

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao may request valid identification from guests before or during check-in.

The name on the reservation should match the name of the guest checking in, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

22. Children & Extra Guests

Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay in the room.

Additional guests, children, or visitors may require prior approval and may be subject to extra charges.

23. Visitors

Visitors are only allowed with prior approval from Boca Simon Vacation Curacao.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao may refuse access to visitors or request visitors to leave the property at any time for safety, security, comfort, or operational reasons.

Registered guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.

24. Smoking, Safety & Property Rules

Guests must follow all safety instructions, property rules, pool rules, and staff instructions.

Smoking rules must be respected in all rooms, shared areas, and designated areas.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao may charge guests for cleaning, damages, or loss caused by smoking, misuse, negligence, or violation of property rules.

25. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings, valuables, documents, money, electronics, luggage, and vehicles.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, unless caused by proven negligence of the property.

Guests should immediately report lost or damaged items to reception.

26. Damage, Loss & Extra Charges

Guests may be charged for:

• Damage to rooms, furniture, appliances, keys, towels, linens, or facilities
• Missing items
• Excessive cleaning
• Unauthorized guests
• Misuse of facilities
• Violation of property rules
• Any other costs caused by the guest or their visitors

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao may request payment before departure or charge the guest using the payment method provided, where legally permitted.

27. Force Majeure

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao is not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, power outages, water outages, strikes, epidemics, travel disruptions, airline issues, public emergencies, or other force majeure events.

28. Liability

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao provides accommodation and related guest services with reasonable care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boca Simon Vacation Curacao is not liable for indirect loss, travel disruption, third-party services, personal expenses, loss of enjoyment, missed flights, or other costs not directly caused by Boca Simon Vacation Curacao.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is not allowed by applicable law.

29. Third-party Websites & Services

The Boca Simon Vacation Curacao website or communications may include links or references to third-party websites, transport providers, taxi services, tour providers, or other services.

These third parties are independent from Boca Simon Vacation Curacao.

Boca Simon Vacation Curacao is not responsible for their content, prices, availability, terms, privacy practices, or service quality.

Guest personal information is handled for purposes related to reservations, payments, communication, check-in, guest service, legal obligations, and property operations.
